La vulnerabilidad reside en un error en la función "MPC::HexToNum" en "helpctr.exe", a la hora de manipular secuencias de escape. Un atacante remoto podría ejecutar código arbitrario saltándose la lista de confianza mediante una URL hcp:// especialmente manipulada. |
