Se ha encontrado una vulnerabilidad de tipo desbordamiento de búffer en Xpdf versiones anteriores a 3.02pl2 y CUPS 1.3.9. La vulnerabilidad reside en un error en "pdftops" al decodificar segmentos del diccionario de símbolos JBIG2. Un atacante remoto podría obtener acceso mediante el uso de un fichero PDF especialmente manipulado que provocaría un desbordamiento de memoria. |
