Se han descubierto múltiples vulnerabilidades en Neon. Las vulnerabilidades son descritas a continuación: - CVE-2009-2473: La vulnerabilidad reside en un error en la comprobación de recursión en la expansión de entidades. Un atacante remoto podría causar una denegación de servicio mediante un documento XML especialmente diseñado con un gran número de referencias a entidades anidadas. - CVE-2009-0000: La vulnerabilidad reside en un error en el manejo del carácter '\0', cuando se usa OpenSSL o GnuTLS, en el apartado Common Name de un certificado X.509. Un atacante remoto podría suplantar servidores SSL arbitrarios mediante un ataque de hombre en el medio. |
