Se ha descubierto una vulnerabilidad de desbordamiento de búfer en múltiples versiones del reproductor RealPlayer. La vulnerabilidad reside en el manejo de archivos RAM. La explotación de esta vulnerabilidad podría permitir a un atacante remoto ejecutar código arbitrario mediante un archivo RAM especialmente diseñado que la víctima debe intentar reproducir. El código se ejecutaría con los privilegios del usuario que abra el archivo malicioso. |
