Se ha descubierto una vulnerabilidad en yum-rhn-plugin de Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5. La vulnerabilidad reside al no verificar el certificado SSL al descargar un fichero desde un servidor de Red Hat Network. Un atacante remoto podría falsificar los repositorios o causar una denegación de servicio mediante un ataque de tipo hombre en el medio (man in the middle). |
