La disponibilité est déterminée par la fiabilité, la facilité de maintenance, la facilité de service, la performance et la sécurité. La disponibilité est habituellement calculée sous la forme dun pourcentage. Ce calcul est basé le plus souvent sur le temps de service convenu et le Temps dindisponibilité.
