XIII STIC Conference CCN-CERT
The STIC CCN-CERT Conference, organized by the Department of Cybersecurity of the National Cryptologic Centre, has been held uninterruptedly since 2007. Since its inception 13 years ago, this meeting has been the main event on cybersecurity held in Spain, both in terms of the number of attendees and the quality of their presentations. In its last edition, inaugurated by His Majesty the King, Felipe VI, 2,464 people attended and it was supported by 43 of the main companies in the sector. In addition, 82 renowned speakers addressed the latest trends in threats, attacks, technological challenges and cybersecurity prevention.
The success of the Conference is supported by the opinion of its attendees (98.40% of those surveyed value positively the presentation and contents of the papers in general) and by the great media impact achieved, year after year.
Under the slogan Community and Trust, bases of our cybersecurity, the XIII STIC CCN-CERT Conference will take place on 11 and 12 December in Madrid (Kinepolis -City of Image-). This event aims to bring together the Community formed by each and every one of the actors involved in safeguarding cyberspace: Government and Public Administrations, institutions, companies, universities and citizens themselves. A Community in continuous formation and growth, based on mutual trust and with a clear objective: to create a safe and reliable digital society for all.
And with this premise, the National Governmental CERT organizes its Conference with the intention of bringing together for two days more than 2,800 people interested in exchanging information and ideas, learning together, building relationships of trust and, above all, cooperating for the sake of a common interest: to create a solid culture of cybersecurity in our country.
